The Liaison Program for the Day Centre for Dementia and Alzheimer patients with Units of social care of the elderly by Local Authorities (Open and Daily centres for the protection of the elderly, Κ.Α.Π.Η.-Κ.Η.Φ.Η.), in Kozani, with code ΟΠΣ 5045474, by “Nestor” Psychogeriatric Association.
Since February 2020, the Day Centre for Dementia has been operating at B’7 Philippou Street, Kozani, providing specialised services to people diagnosed with dementia as well as to families-caregivers of the patients.
Note:
All services by the Day Centre for Dementia are provided completely free of charge in the region of Western Macedonia, covering the needs of its districts (KOZANI-GREVENA-KASTORIA-FLORINA) and their bordering districts and municipalities.
