Personal Counselling for caregivers to patients with dementia
Personal sessions of counselling for caregivers to patients diagnosed with dementia with a psychologist designed to coaching on dementia and to provide advice for the daily life with the patient. During the sessions, issues arising from caregiving are discussed, while simultaneously the caregiver is trained on managing the patient’s behavioural disorders.

AIM:
The aim is to prevent, to manage the strain of caregiving, to provide guidance and coaching on the daily issues of the patient, to manage the “difficult” situation (behavioural symptoms) and to treat the stain of caregiving.
